Student Representative

Merzudin (he/him) is a graduate student at Liberty University, majoring in clinical mental health counseling. Prior to his interest in the mental health field, he worked at the county jail, where he interacted with individuals who suffered from many different mental health issues. He is completing his internship at the House of Mercy. Merzudin has a strong interest in addiction and trauma. Merzudin received his bachelor’s degree in Criminology from Grand View University in 2009. In 2012, Merzudin received his master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Purdue Global. After taking a break from school for about a year, Merzudin decided to continue with his doctoral degree. Merzudin received his Doctor of Psychology degree with an emphasis in Criminology and Justice Studies from the University of Arizona Global Campus. Merzudin is an adjunct professor of psychology at DMACC.
