As an exhibitor you will be provided with one draped 6’ table, two chairs, two exhibit personnel badges, a Virtual Expo Hall space, and a listing for incentivized interaction with attendees. Your rate will also cover breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages for up to two people per day. Rates are $500/table for two days or $300/table for one day. Interactions with Attendees: Conference attendees will be provided with ample time to interact with exhibitors during breaks and through the use of Zoom Events. Incentivization will be provided through the Conference and additional incentivization is optional for exhibitors to provide (i.e. provide prizes for a drawing at your table).
Space Selection: Tables will be assigned by the Conference Committee with priority given to returning exhibitors through March 31, 2025. Exhibitors will be able to identify preferred space and this will be accommodated as much as possible. After this date, tables will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis, in the order both application and payment are received.
As an exhibitor you will also be given 1 virtual booth that will highlight your business in the Virtual Expo Hall in Zoom Events during the conference.
Exhibitor Table Selection Map:
This is the expected table arrangement reserved for Exhibitors. Table placement and/or selection is not guaranteed and requested access to an outlet or ramp access will affect table placement. The Waterfall will be turned off. Tables will be assigned by the Conference Committee. Priority will be given to paid returning exhibitors through March 31, 2025. After this, tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, in order of receipt of application and payment.
