Exhibitor Opportunities

As an exhibitor you will be provided with one draped 6’ table, two chairs, two exhibit personnel badges, a Virtual Expo Hall space, and a listing for incentivized interaction with attendees. Your rate will also cover breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages for up to two people per day.

Rates are $500/table for two days or $300/table for one day.

Our prospectus includes details about packages, hotel reservations and amenities, photos of the space, and more. Sponsors and Exhibitors are required to read the prospectus. Completing an application form means that you are agreeing to the Sponsor/Exhibitor agreement in the prospectus.

Interactions with Attendees

Conference attendees will be provided with ample time to interact with exhibitors during breaks and through the use of Zoom Events. Incentivization will be provided through the Conference and additional incentivization is optional for exhibitors to provide (i.e. provide prizes for a drawing at your table).

Space Selection

Tables will be assigned by the Conference Committee with priority given to returning exhibitors through March 31, 2026. Exhibitors will be able to identify preferred space and this will be accommodated as much as possible. After this date, tables will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis, in the order both application and payment are received.

This is the expected table arrangement reserved for Exhibitors. Table placement and/or selection is not guaranteed and requested access to an outlet or ramp access will affect table placement. The Waterfall will be turned off. Tables will be assigned by the Conference Committee. Priority will be given to paid returning exhibitors through March 31, 2026. After this, tables will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, in order of receipt of application and payment.

Conference Exhibitor

  • Public contact email address for your company (i.e. "info@ourcompany.com")
  • IMHCA reserves the right to determine eligibility of any company or product to participate in the show. To help us determine your eligibility, please describe the product or service you will be exhibiting. If approved, this information will be entered into your Virtual Expo Space.
  • Please enter someone who will attend as exhibitor from your organization and who could be a contact for additional information.
  • If you will have a second exhibitor, please add their name and contact information as well.
  • Indicate three preferred table numbers according to the map above. Table placement and/or selection is not guaranteed.   • Sponsors may choose to create prizes to give away to attendees via drawings. Winners will be drawn during lunch breaks both days and the networking event.
