NOTE: If you are a registered IMHCA member, logging in will reduce the price for this event by $95. (Exception: student prices are the same for members and non-members.)
If you are not a member, a regular membership is only $65, so you will save money if you become a member first, and then login to register for the conference!

You will need the WHOVA app in order to participate in the conference:
PLEASE NOTE: When you click “submit,” you will be taken to the Paypal website to complete your transaction. This is the only way to pay online, but you do NOT have to have a paypal account, you can use a credit card. You will not be registered for the conference unless you complete the payment online.

COMPLAINT POLICY: All members and consumers are encouraged to communicate concerns with the annual conference as they arise with committee members. All conference attendees will be provided the opportunity for feedback at the conference with a survey issued to all participants. All complaints regarding the Iowa Mental Health Counselors Association Annual Conference should be emailed to Christy Johnston (our conference chair) at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, contact information (email address and phone number), and the details of your complaint. Please allow two business days for a response.
REFUND POLICY: Due to COVID-19, this adjusted refund policy applies: If you are no longer able to attend, or do not wish to participate in the online conference, please email email@example.com for a full refund by August 14, 2020. (When you contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a refund, please forward your transaction or reciept from paypal to speed up the process and ensure accuracy.) Refunds are limited to conference fees paid only. Refunds do not include any travel, lodging, transportation, or other fees paid independently of conference registration. On-site conference registration fees and no-shows are non-refundable. To qualify for a full refund of registration fees paid less a $50 administrative fee, a written cancellation must be received by the IMHCA treasurer no later than 11:59 PM CST on May 2, 2019. Absolutely NO refunds will be given after May 2, 2019. Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via email to email@example.com.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Registrations may be transferred to another conference participant for a fee of $35. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.The request must be submitted by the original registrant and include the name and contact information (including email address) of the substitute. The deadline for submitting substitutions is May 9, 2019 11:59 PM CST. The substitute must qualify for the same rates as the original registration (for example a general attendee cannot be a substitute for a student).
