Platinum Sponsors of the IMHCA Conference may choose one attendee to receive a complimentary registration to the IMHCA Conference. To be considered, complete the application below by March 15th. Applications will be reviewed by Platinum Sponsor representatives and recipients will be selected and notified on March 25th. If a selected recipient has already registered and completed payment, cost of registration will be reimbursed.
