Premier and Platinum Sponsors of the IMHCA Conference may choose one attendee to receive a complimentary registration to the IMHCA Conference. To be considered, complete the application below by April 3, 2026. Applications will be reviewed by Premier & Platinum Sponsor representatives and recipients will be selected and notified on April 6, 2026. If a selected recipient has already registered and completed payment, cost of registration will be reimbursed.
