The Pre-Conference Session will be held online only via Zoom Events on Wednesday, May 6,2026 from 5:30-8:45pm.
The conference will be held in-person and virtually on Thursday, May 7, 2026 and Friday, May 8, 2026 at the Sheraton West Des Moines (1800 50thStreet, West Des Moines, IA) and online via Zoom Events.
LODGING AND ACCOMMODATIONS
The Sheraton West Des Moines Hotel is offering an IMHCA conference room rate for all attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors at $137 +tax for a standard room. Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first served basis. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure you are able to get the room rates. Rooms are available, book online here or by calling 1-888-236-2427. Rates are for King rooms with sleeper sofas or two queen rooms. Parking is included. Room rates end April 5, 2026.
