Seeking Therapist in our Ames Office

Cultivate Wellness is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team!  This is a private practice located in downtown Ames with a single owner. This position offers job flexibility within the week starting from 7am-7pm. This allows you to work shifts anywhere between 8 hours to 10 hours. The position expects 70-75% time seeing clients. The practice is seeking a provider who is motivated to grow professionally.

Salary range starts at $50,000.00 (bonuses available)

Full-time (in office, but can accommodate some Telehealth)

Qualifications:

• Motivated to provide excellent client care, 
• Have a desire to continue learning and honing clinical skills, 
• Strive to grow professionally, develop as a leader, and practice with integrity. 
• Additional training such as EMDR, CBT, Play Therapy, etc. or be motivated to get additional expertise. 
• Full time availability
