Easterseals Iowa is hiring a Crisis Stabilization Therapist to join our team in Des Moines, providing immediate intervention and support for individuals experiencing mental health crises. This role includes conducting crisis assessments and delivering individual, family, and group therapy. Services are provided both at our Camp Sunnyside residential location and throughout the metro community. The position is available full-time (Wednesday through Saturday) or part-time (Friday and Saturday). Compensation ranges from $57,000 to $74,000 annually for full-time, and $27.50 to $35.75 per hour for part-time. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and $2,500 for part-time. Bilingual team members receive a pay differential of $5,000 annually or $2.50/hour for part-time. Full-time candidates may also be eligible for up to $20,000 in loan repayment through Polk County. Applicants must have a master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, and be licensed or license-eligible in Iowa (t-LMHC, LMHC, LMSW, LISW, t-LMFT, or LMFT).
