This role will be responsible for developing the program, hiring, and supervising a team of up to 8 clinicians, and working with MST Services to ensure the services are provided with fidelity to the model. MST is an evidence-based intensive treatment process, focused on supporting minors with significant behavioral and/or mental health concerns, resulting in involvement in multiple systems due to their high-risk behavior. They may be at risk for out of home placement. MST is an in-home evidence based practice that engages the client’s entire system including family, school, peers, and supports. This will be a full-time position, generally working regular hours Monday through Friday, though applicants do need the flexibility to work with clients or respond to crises during after-hours times. This position will also participate in an on-call rotation.
Applicants must have 3 years or more of experience independently licensed by June 2024.
This position is salaried starting between $65,000- $80,000 per year, with opportunities for annual raises and bonuses, with preference given to those with experience in family service and/or community-based setting.
