Key Responsibilities for Clinicians:
• Provide group, individual, and family therapy; delivering interventions for academic and mental health stability
• Lead monthly Parent Support groups and engage families
• Refer students to higher levels of care as needed and collaborate with school teams to enhance student care

Key Responsibilities for Regional Director:
• Oversee clinical operations and support clinician teams
• Ensure quality service delivery across the region/provide mentorship to clinicians
• Build relationships with school administration and community partners

Professional Development:
• Build relationships with school staff and administrators, providing training on mental health and trauma-informed care
• Participate in team meetings to refine treatment plans

Administrative Responsibilities:
• Submit timely clinical documentation
• Maintain licensure and adhere to ethical standards and engage in ESS training and supervision

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience working with children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional challenges
• Clinical license (LMSW/LCSW, LPCA/LPC, LMFTA/LMFT) in Illinois or working toward licensure
• School district experience preferred + Proficient in
• Microsoft Office and electronic documentation
