Position Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated licensed and temporary licensed mental health professionals (LMHC, t-LMHC, LMSW, LISW, LMFT) to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Evaluates and assesses mental health functioning and diagnosis of mental health conditions
• Completes required treatment plans, progress reports and any other required documentation within a standard time frame
• Submits case notes in a timely fashion and maintains the required number of client contact/billable hours
• Maintains all required licenses, certifications and continuing education requirements for state licensure
• Adherence to all HIPAA standards and ethical guidelines as determined by governing bodies
• Attends all required client and staff in-services, conferences and other meetings
• Represents and conducts self in accordance with Foundations Therapy and Consulting Mission and Vision
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Completion of a Master’s Program in a counseling or social work-related field of study
• Must be licensed in Iowa as an LMFT, LMHC, LISW, t-LMHC or LMSW.
• Pass criminal and child abuse background checks
• Completion of Mandatory Reporting training
• Strong commitment to client care and personal growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
