Mental Health Therapist — LMHC/LISW/LMFT
Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry (HWP) is a growing integrative mental health practice in Cedar Rapids seeking an Iowa-licensed therapist to join our collaborative clinical team.
We provide psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, functional/root-cause medicine, and interventional psychiatry including Spravato, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and IV ketamine. This is an excellent fit for a therapist interested in integrative mental health, trauma-informed care, psychedelic/interventional therapies, and working collaboratively with prescribers and other clinicians.
We are looking for an LMHC, LISW, or LMFT who enjoys building long-term therapeutic relationships and would like the opportunity to grow a strong caseload within an established practice. Interest or experience in KAP, EMDR, trauma therapy, or other evidence-based modalities is welcomed but not required.
HWP provides established administrative, scheduling, billing, referral, and clinical infrastructure so clinicians can focus primarily on patient care.
Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Schedule: Flexible; in-person/hybrid options depending on role
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience/structure
Start: As soon as credentialing permits
