We are looking to hire 2 – 3 individuals to join our team!

We are currently seeking a temporary licensed therapist (tLMHC, LMSW, MFT) to join our
team. You will have the freedom and flexibility to establish your own hours while receiving
support starting out as a new clinician. We will take care of administration, billing, and
scheduling. Temporary license holders will be provided with appropriate individual and group
supervision/consultation to support fulfillment of the provisional licensure requirements.
Location: In Office (East Village, Des Moines), Telehealth, Hybrid
Job Type: Part Time, Full Time, 1099 Contract Position
Pay:
50/50: First Year
60/40: Second Year
Minimum of 80+ billable hours a month / 20+ billable hours a week

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Clinically Related field
Licensed in the State of Iowa as a tLMHC, LMSW, or MFT
Job Duties:
• Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy appointments
• Create treatment plans and diagnosis
• Adherence to professional ethical standards and decision making
• Maintain timely documentation and note keeping
• Deliver trauma informed, culturally competent care
