Mosaic Family Counseling Center – Child Mental Health Therapist Opening

As a Child Mental Health Therapist your primary duties will include:

– Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

– Provide therapy utilizing evidence-based practices.

– Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

– Collaborate with other clinicians and community resources to enhance client care.

– Participate in regular supervision.

– Opportunity to create and facilitate your own ideas for programming with support to bring them to life!

Qualifications:

– Current state licensure as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LISW, or LMFT); independent licensure preferred but not required.

– Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical practice and working with diverse populations using various therapeutic modalities preferred but not required.

– Commitment to maintaining a trauma-informed approach in therapy.

– Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

– Highly organized and skilled in time management, a self-starter who can take initiative, yet also excels in a collaborative team environment.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time, Contract  |  Pay: $60,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year  |  Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
