Prairie Path Counseling & Wellness is a collaborative, client-centered group practice based in Ankeny, Iowa. We are seeking licensed or provisionally licensed therapists (LMHCs, LMFTs, t-LMHCs, t-LMFTs, LISWs) who are passionate about helping clients thrive. This is a W-2 employee position offering flexibility, support, and a clear pathway for growth. At least one day in the office per weeko, but telehealth from home is okay part of the time. Flexible schedule.

What You’ll Do

Provide therapy to clients in-person or virtually (must have a quiet, private office or home workspace). 1-2 days in office strongly preferred.
Deliver 24+ billable sessions per week.
Maintain timely and accurate notes in our EHR (TherapyNotes).
Participate in staff meetings, case consultation, and optional training opportunities.
Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and leadership.
Compensation & Benefits

Pre-Licensure Pay: 55% of collected revenue (avg. $65,500/year at 24 clients/week).
Post-Licensure Pay: 60% of collected revenue (avg. $81,000/year at 24 clients/week).
Annual CE Stipend: $500.
Retirement Plan
Advance Pay Option: Up to $1,500/month during insurance billing lag (repaid via payroll).
Paid weekly supervision and note-signing provided for provisional clinicians.
Administrative, billing, and marketing support included.

Graduate degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
Provisional or full license in Iowa (LMHC, LMFT, t-LMHC, or t-LMFT).
