About You

We are seeking passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists who care about delivering a high-end, relational therapeutic experience. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are eager to be part of a private practice that values innovation, empathy, and excellence. You understand that exceptional therapy goes beyond the session—it’s about building lasting connections that transform lives. We will also consider Licensed Mental Health Counselors or Professional Counselors with significant couples training and/or experience.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Deliver Exceptional Relational Counseling: Work collaboratively with a co-therapist to offer couples a unique, high-impact experience that cultivates deep and lasting change.
  • Compassion and Insight: Possess a deep understanding of the complexities couples face, especially those dealing with chronic pain or illness, grief and loss, infidelity, or other relational stressors.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in ongoing clinical meetings, co-therapy session debriefs, business development, and continuing education opportunities to expand your skills and expertise.
  • Entrepreneurial Approach: Build your client base with the support of our innovative marketing strategies and the benefits of a truly collaborative team. Your voice matters—whether offering clinical insights or marketing ideas, you’ll contribute to a dynamic environment where creativity, spirit and growth thrive.
  • Model Healthy Dynamics: Our unique approach involves demonstrating and modeling healthy connections between co-therapists for our clients, including conflict resolution and good communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a passion for couples counseling.
  • Commitment to Collaboration and Relational Excellence: Ability to work seamlessly with a co-therapist, providing clients with a dual perspective and the ultimate collaborative experience.
  • Intrapreneurial (Entrepreneurial) Spirit: We want a self-driven professional who is proactive and growth-oriented. You must be willing to build your own client base alongside the clients provided by Real Connections Counseling, LLC.
  • Champion of Connection and Healing: Skills to guide couples through challenges such as chronic illness, pain, relational breakdowns, grief and loss, infidelity, infertility, conflict resolution, and life transitions like empty-nesting, moving, or career adjustments.
  • Dedication to Quality: A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, empathetic care to clients with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Our practice is dedicated to providing counseling services grounded in faith-based principles, offering compassionate care to clients within a Christian worldview.
