Choices Therapy Services is a growing community based agency that is looking for an independent, motivated and down to earth mental health therapist to add to our clinical team.

We offer a supportive and collaborative environment and encourage new, innovative ideas and ways to serve the communities we work in.

There is currently a full time position open for our Des Moines and Indianola offices. This position will offer both telehealth and in office sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mental health assessments
• Individual, family, couples, group, therapy
• Complete all required paperwork within deadlines
• Collaboration with referral sources
• Assist with staff trainings
• Abide by HIPPA expectations and rules
• Present new ideas for agency services and community needs
• Telehealth services
