      1. HF 88 Audio Only Telehealth: House file 88 passed unanimously through house committee on 1/26/21.

        1. Health-related professional licensing board authorizes the use of telehealth or telemedicine through the use of interactive audio-only communication

        2. Must be able to meet the same standards of care and professional ethics as a healthcare professional in-person

      1. HF 107 LMHC Supervision: House file 107 passed unanimously through house committee on 1/26/21.

        1. We support to allow all supervision online because it helps our rural members.

        2. There was a concerning portion of the bill relating to reducing number of supervision hours of licensure
