This year’s conference is May 6-8, 2026 at the Sheraton in West Des Moines.
- IMHCA will review all submissions in the order they are received.
- Proposals must be complete to be entered into the review phase.
- Confirmation of your proposal is not acceptance, but should come by email following your submission automatically. Please check your spam/junk email to ensure you receive the confirmation email.
- Notification for acceptance can be expected quarterly in July, October, January, and May.
