IMHCA Foundation Scholarship Application 2026

The IMHCA Foundation is a non-profit 501c(3) Charitable Organization dedicated to decreasing the stigma of mental health, supporting those in the field of mental health, and educating the public about mental health.
One $4,000 Scholarship
In an effort to support their mission, the IMHCA Foundation is assisting those pursuing graduate school in the field of mental health! The Foundation has been hard at work this year fund raising through our annual golf tournament.
This year The Foundation is awarding one $2,000 scholarship. The recipient will also receive a free registration to the IMHCA 2026 Conference May 6-8, 2026 along with recognition at the conference.
Requirements
- Must currently be a student in an accredited mental health counseling program.
- Preference will be given to those who reside or work in Iowa, and those who are members if IMHCA
- Must be in your practicum or internship portion of your program.
- Complete application by the appropriate date (April 1, 2026).
- Provide one letter of recommendation from a graduate level professor within your academic program.
- Provide a current resume or CV.
